Easy Recipe: Delicious Baking Meringue

To make it easier to remove the meringues from your baking sheet, you can spread parchment paper over the baking sheet before you place the little mounds of beaten egg white on it for drying. Turn off the oven and, without removing, let meringues cool completely for at least one hour or overnight. For baking time, it depends on how many meringues you put in your oven.
Then transfer it into a bowl, and pop it in the fridge to cool.
