Easy Recipe: Delicious Vegetable Lomein
Vegetable Lomein. Mix cornstarch and chicken broth in a small bowl and add to stir fry. Also this brand of Lo Mein Noodles is egg-less.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Stir fry mushrooms, carrots, peppers, onion and garlic until tender. Cook lo mein in a wok, or an extra-large skillet.
Stir in bean sprouts and green onions; cook one minute.
For a less spicy option, omit the sriracha hot sauce.
Add garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper and carrot. Make sure you drain your noodles well before adding them, as wet noodles will turn your stir-fry into a soggy mess. Bring a large pot of water up to a boil to cook the noodles.
