How to Make Tasty Vegan Lo Mein Noodles
Vegan Lo Mein Noodles. Possibly the best Lo Mein I've ever eaten AND it was super easy to. This is a dish sure to please the whole family!
Lo Mein and Chow Mein are both Chinese noodle dishes made with wheat noodles. While not always vegan either, ramen noodles are more frequently vegan than either chow mein or lo mein noodles. Really, you can use just about any noodle - eggless Lo Mein, ramen, chow mein, even spaghetti or linguine noodles will work (I used shandong noodles here).
Feel free to use linguine if you're not able to find fresh lo mein noodles.
