Easy Recipe: Yummy 3 Ingredient Oatmeal
3 Ingredient Oatmeal. No milk, no butter, no oil! When it comes to breakfast, I used to always think I was oatmeal, sweet bread, or a pancake kind of guy.
Either way, this oatmeal bar recipe is easy, delicious, and the best snack or dessert. Pack these in your lunch for work or school, make them to eat for breakfast, make them for a snack for your kids, etc. The cookies are soft and chewy and can be customized with mix.
Dates: I used pitted Medjool dates Oats: use rolled oats or old-fashioned here.
